Comfort exhilarations money-back guarantee – Terms and Conditions

  1. The Comfort exhilarations Money Back Offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
  2. We believe that you will be wowed by Comfort exhilarations.
  3. To make a claim you must be un-satisfied with the strong fragrance of Comfort exhilarations 750ml or 1.5ltr bottle (any fragrance variant) purchased by you no later than 28/02/2010. If you are not satisfied with the strong fragrance of Comfort exhilarations, you can claim the cost of your 750ml or 1.5ltr bottle of Comfort exhilarations back, up to the maximum value of £1.89 for 750ml or £3.49 for a 1.5ltr bottle.

    IMPORTANT: please retain your till receipt and the original copy of the direct mail advertising the money-back guarantee.

  4. To make the claim please write your name and address on a plain piece of paper and describe in a minimum of 15 words why you are unsatisfied. Please send it, together with the original copy of the direct mail advertising the money-back guarantee to: Comfort exhilarations money-back guarantee, Katrina Tipper, Nunki Ltd (UN5181), 10 Kedleston House, Prime Business Centre, Aspen Drive, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7SS.
  5. Closing date for receipt of claims is 31st March 2010.
  6. The Money Back Offer is limited to one claim per household. No photocopies will be accepted. No claims from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. One claim per stamped envelope.
  7. Responsibility is not accepted for claims lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Claims (including receipts) will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
  8. Each correct claim will receive a cheque to the value of the 750ml or 1.5ltr bottle of Comfort exhilarations as stated on the receipt (but not exceeding £1.89 for 750ml or £3.49 for a 1.5ltr bottle). The cheque will be sent within 28 days of receipt of your claim.
  9. By claiming a money-back guarantee, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this guarantee and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  11. This offer does not affect your statutory rights.
